"We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Kelli's beautiful home! The house came with all of the amenities we needed - including much needed AC in every room! It's close to the beach, clean and in a quiet
residential area.

We had our AirBnB abruptly cancelled by another host a few weeks out from our planned vacation,
and faced with the possibility of cancelling, which was stress inducing. Kelli was mighty kind,
understanding and gracious in working with us to secure a stay at her home in a very short period of
time. She promptly met every need and answered any questions we had, before booking and during
our stay.

Our family of 8 had a comfortable and memorable vacation, and we would absolutely
recommend this place. Many thanks Kelli for being a wonderful host!"

"Great place to stay. Great location in Kailua close to the beach and town but on a quiet street. Kelli
thought of everything, with plenty of beach equipment (many chairs, cooler, umbrella, body boards, beach toys for the kids), games to play inside for a rainy day.

Home is extremely nice. It was very
clean and looks newly remodeled, and if not then just in immaculate condition. One of the few places
I’ve stayed where it looked nicer in person than the pictures. Plenty of space with two kitchen tables
and a bar eating area with bar stools .

We were welcomed with plenty of snacks and drinks when we arrived that our host had left. Great place for a large family or even 2 families. It’s a lot more spacious than you would think based on the pictures and square footage.

The property manager was very nice living across the street and offered help if needed but also kept her distance so you didn’t feel like someone was hovering over you. Kelli had great information when we arrived about places to shop and eat. Thank you again."

"Kellie was the perfect host. If traveling with more than 5 people you can’t beat the value compared to
staying at a hotel. House is beautiful and had everything we needed-including shampoo.

Such a great location close to everything you would ever want to see or get to. Selfishly, only wish there was
a scrabble game board there to play the one night we stayed in.

I will be back someday with girlfriends for a girls trip instead of a family trip. Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven with me and my family Kellie. I give Paradise on the Hill 10 out of 5⭐️."

"We were so lucky to find this home after our first rental did not work out! The house was very clean
and inviting and had lovely art and furniture throughout.

The home comfortably fits 8 guests and was very accommodating for my nine month old. Everything we could possibly need was provided and we loved the friendly neighborhood we were in.

There is a walkable beach nearby but I would
recommend you have a rental car if possible, we mostly drove to Kailua beach during our stay - less
than a 10 minute drive. Kelli was a wonderful host and fantastic communicator! I hope we get to
come back again soon!"

"The house had absolutely everything we needed, and even things we didn’t expect such as snacks and dry goods as well as all the beach gear you could possibly want.

It didn’t feel like a rental, it felt like home. Very spacious and clean, tons of extra towels and linens.

"Kelli's place was a home away from home. It looked like the kitchen and bathrooms were recently remodeled. It was spacious for our group and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stock with cooking equipment and dishes which made it much more easier to cook when you have young kids.

Kelli also left us with a lot of snacks and some drinks in the fridge which were much appreciated after arriving late at night on a long travel day. Beach toys (lots!), towels, boogie boards,
beach umbrella, chairs and a wagon were also available for our use.

Bedrooms were spacious with comfortable linens and air conditioning. An actual crib with a comfortable crib mattress and high chairs were also provided. Prior to our stay, Kelli was also very quick to answer all our questions - down to the tiniest details - and did everything she could to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Location wise - it was convenient as it was right off the highway and also about 5 min from the Safeway complex which also had a handful of great restaurants (including delicious poke from the liquor store - Tamura's).

Neighborhood was also quiet and Kelli's friendly
property manager lived across the street and was always available if we needed anything. Only one minor feedback we might have would be to have included more than one weeks worth of paper supplies - perhaps for the number of weeks were staying. We would stay here again and would recommend. Thanks for sharing your home!"
